Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but I could hear music through my room floor late at night. Despite some kinks due to ongoing renovations, I received a good rate. The service was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the French Quarter.
My stay at the hotel was a memorable experience. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, though on the smaller side with a view of the parking lot. The service was exceptional, with gracious and very helpful staff, especially Eddie, the concierge. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, being near Canal Street, Riverside Outlet, and Bourbon Street. The dining options were not up to par, but the cold water and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was super cute and cozy, with a lovely coffee/tea alcove and a bathroom that now has me obsessing over finding a New Orleans toile shower curtain. The service was exceptional, except for a small hiccup with valet parking. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Bourbon St and the French Quarter. Dining options were good and free, letting me save money to enjoy more in the French Quarter.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which, combined with noise from street-level restaurant work, can affect the overall experience. However, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, offering plenty of outlets and luxurious amenities like CO Bigelow toiletries, robes, and slippers not commonly found at this price point.
